To ship outside the USA, you will need to provide your UPS, FedEx, or DHL account number. Kindly note that all import taxes, duties, and tariffs are the buyer's responsibility, and AVBOX US is not liable for these payments.

Returns

While returns are typically not accepted, please contact Sales@AVBOXUS.com if you encounter any problems with your order. In the event a refund is deemed appropriate, we may, at our discretion, issue the refund as store credit for future purchases.

Same-Day Shipping Cutoff: 2:30 PM CT Monday-Friday.
Weekend/Late Friday Orders: Orders placed after 2:30 PM CT on Friday-Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
