  • Net 30: For our approved business customers. If you're interested in Net 30 terms, please contact us prior to placing your order at accounting@avboxus.com to establish approval.
  • Bank Transfer: A reliable option for larger orders. Please note that orders paid via bank transfer will be held until the payment has fully processed and is received in our bank. We'll keep you updated on the status.
  • Check: We accept online check payments by mail. Kindly be aware that orders paid by check will be held until the check has cleared.

Tax Exempt & Resale Customers - We've Got You Covered

If your organization is tax exempt or you hold a resale tax certificate, we're happy to assist you. Please email a copy of your certificate to accounting@avboxus.com. When placing your order online, be sure to select the "Tax Exempt" option during checkout to ensure proper processing. Kindly be aware that for tax-exempt or resale orders, we will need to receive your certificate before we can process your shipment.

Domestic Shipping - Getting Your Order to You Within the USA

For all our valued customers within the United States, our default and reliable shipping method is UPS Ground. This service provides dependable delivery to your location.

International Shipments - Connecting Aviators Worldwide

We proudly ship our products to aviators around the globe using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Please be aware that for all international orders, the buyer is required to provide their own valid UPS, FedEx, or DHL shipping account number. It's also important to note that any import duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees levied by your country's customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

AVBOX US does not cover or reimburse these charges, so please factor these potential costs into your purchasing decision.

Using Your Own Shipping Account - Flexibility for You

We understand that some customers may prefer to use their own shipping account. If you wish to bill shipping charges to your UPS, FedEx, or DHL account, please follow these steps during checkout:

  1. Select the "Use My Shipping Account" option.
  2. Carefully enter your complete account details in the designated fields.
  3. Important: After entering your information, please double-check that the "Use My Shipping Account" option remains selected before finalizing your order.

If you select this option and provide valid account information, we will use your account for shipping and issue a store credit for any standard shipping charges that may have been applied during checkout. If the shipping account information provided is invalid, we will proceed with the standard shipping method that was selected and paid for.

Returns - We're Here to Help Resolve Issues

If, after reviewing the situation, a refund is deemed appropriate, please note that the form of the refund (refund to the original Payment method, or store credit to be used on a future AVBOX US order) will be determined at our discretion.

Order Processing & Speed - Getting Your Order Ready Quickly

We understand you're eager to receive your order! Our team works diligently to process orders quickly, typically within 24 hours of receipt.

For those time-sensitive needs, the cutoff for same-day shipments is 2:30 PM Central Time (CT) daily. Orders placed after 5:30 PM CT on Fridays or anytime on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

While we can't guarantee same-day shipment for all orders, we always attempt to hand-deliver orders to our shipping carriers on the same day whenever time allows. This is part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible service and getting your order to you as swiftly as we can.
