Domestic Shipping
We ship all domestic (United States) orders via UPS Ground by default. To use your own shipping account, select that option and refer to the specific instructions for accurate and efficient order handling.
International Shipments
To ship outside the USA, you will need to provide your UPS, FedEx, or DHL account number. Kindly note that all import taxes, duties, and tariffs are the buyer's responsibility, and AVBOX US is not liable for these payments.
Using Your Own Shipping Account
To use your UPS, FedEx, or DHL account for shipping, please:
- Select "Use My Shipping Account" during checkout.
- Enter your account details in the designated fields.
- Crucially, ensure "Use My Shipping Account" remains selected after entering your information.
If this option is selected and valid, we will use your account and issue a store credit for any shipping charges applied during checkout. If the provided account information is invalid, we will proceed with the standard shipping method selected and paid for.
Returns
While returns are typically not accepted, please contact Sales@AVBOXUS.com if you encounter any problems with your order. In the event a refund is deemed appropriate, we may, at our discretion, issue the refund as store credit for future purchases.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of receipt.
- Same-Day Shipping Cutoff: 2:30 PM CT Monday-Friday.
- Weekend/Late Friday Orders: Orders placed after 2:30 PM CT on Friday-Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
We aim to dispatch orders to the shipping carrier on the same day whenever feasible. Please note that in the event of a Holiday, or natural disaster, orders may be delayed as needed.
