Orders are processed promptly, and our team often drops off packages at the local carrier on their way out to expedite shipping. To ensure same-day shipment, please make orders before 2:30 PM Central Time (CT) daily. Orders placed after 5:30 PM CT on Fridays and throughout the weekend will be processed on Monday. While we aim for same-day dispatch whenever feasible, it's not a guarantee for every order.

Cash (In-Store Only): We gladly accept cash payments for purchases made at our physical AVBox US location.
Checks (In-Store & Online): If you wish to pay by check, please contact us prior to ordering. Checks are accepted for both in-store and online purchases. For online check payments, please note that orders will be held until the check has cleared our bank.
Net 30 (Online - Approved Accounts): For our approved business customers, we offer Net 30 payment terms for online orders. Please contact our accounting department at accounting@avboxus.com prior to placing your order to establish and receive approval for Net 30 terms.
Bank Transfer (Online): For online orders, we also accept bank transfers. Please be aware that orders paid via bank transfer will be processed and shipped only once the full payment has been confirmed as received in our bank account.

Domestic Shipping (USA): Our standard shipping method for orders within the United States is UPS Ground, providing a dependable ground service. For expedited shipping options to meet urgent needs, please complete your order and then contact our sales team at SALES@avboxus.com or call us at 850-466-3191 to discuss available faster shipping methods and arrange payment for any additional costs.
Using Your Own Shipping Account: We offer the flexibility to use your own UPS, FedEx, or DHL account for shipping charges. To utilize this option, please select "Use My Shipping Account" during checkout and carefully enter your complete account details in the designated fields. Important: After entering your information, please double-check that the Bill My Shipping Account option remains selected before finalizing your order. If you select this option and provide valid account information, we will use your account for shipping and issue a store credit for any standard shipping charges that may have been applied during checkout. If the shipping account information provided is invalid, we will proceed with the standard shipping method that was selected and paid for.
International Shipping (Global): For our international customers, we offer shipping through UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Please note that for all international orders, the buyer is required to provide their own valid UPS, FedEx, or DHL shipping account number.
