A valve extension is an accessory used to extend the reach of a valve stem, making it easier to access and operate in tight or recessed areas.
Straight Rigid Extensions: These extensions simplify air service where wheel, rim, brake, or other obstructions hamper access to the tire valve. The valve mouth is extended to the desired position for inflating, gauging, and deflating. An extension core (a special plunger pin) contacts the core in the tire valve. The extension fits regular cap threads (0.305"-32) at the valve mouth, with a washer acting as a seal between the valve mouth and the extension. Maximum operating pressure: 150 psi.
