Order Processing & Speed

Orders are processed promptly, and our team often drops off packages at the carrier late in the day to expedite shipping. For same-day processing and shipment, please place orders before 2:30 PM Central Time (CT). Orders placed after 5:30 PM CT on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed on Monday. We aim for same-day dispatch when feasible, but it is not guaranteed.

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit Cards: All major cards accepted for in-store and online orders.

Cash (In-Store Only): Accepted at our physical AVBOX US location.

Checks (In-Store & Online): Contact us prior to ordering; online orders ship after checks clear.

Net 30 (Online – Approved Accounts): Available to approved business customers; email accounting@avboxus.com for setup before ordering.

Bank Transfer (Online): Orders ship after funds are confirmed received.

Florida Goldbacks (In-Store Only): Accepted for in-person purchases.

Shipping Options

Local Pickup: Select at checkout; we’ll notify you when ready at 10370 Pensacola Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32534. Pickup hours: Mon–Fri 8–5 PM CT; Sat 9–3 PM CT.

Domestic Shipping (USA): UPS Ground (primary); USPS as backup. For expedited options, complete checkout, then contact SALES@avboxus.com or 850-466-3191 to arrange faster service and pay any additional cost.

Using Your Own Shipping Account: You may use your UPS, FedEx, or DHL account. Select “Use My Shipping Account” at checkout and enter complete account details. Important: Confirm the Bill My Shipping Account option remains selected before placing the order. If valid details are provided, we’ll ship on your account and issue store credit for any standard shipping charged at checkout; if the account info is invalid, we’ll use the paid standard method.

International Shipping (Global): UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Buyers must provide a valid carrier account number. All customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Generally, we do not accept returns, or offer exchanges unless the product received is not what was ordered. If a return is approved (case-by-case), it is issued as store credit only for future purchases and is subject to a 40% restocking fee.

Prior Notice Required: Before sending any return, email SALES@avboxus.com or call 850-466-3191 so we can review the issue and provide return instructions.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Documentation & Traceability: All orders include an AVBOX US Certificate of Conformance (CoC). Where available, additional trace and certifications (e.g., 8130, prior-holder/company CoC) are provided at no cost when available.We do not accept returns, or offer refunds, or order cancellations because our CoC does not meet a buyer’s internal expectations. If you require specific certifications/traceability or wish to review our CoC prior to ordering, please contact SALES@avboxus.com before purchase to avoid issues.
