What to Expect When Ordering
AVBOX US processes aviation orders using the product details, quantities, condition, documentation notes, billing information, shipping address, and shipping method selected or provided by the customer.
Customers should verify all order details before checkout. Aircraft products may look similar while differing by part number, dash number, revision, condition, documentation, unit of sale, or application.
Order Processing
Orders are reviewed before shipment to confirm payment, inventory, shipping information, and any special order notes.
Order Review
AVBOX US may review part numbers, quantities, addresses, payment status, documentation requests, and customer shipping-account information before releasing an order.
Processing Time
In-stock orders are generally processed during normal business days. Processing time may vary for large orders, special handling, documentation review, international orders, or payment verification.
Order Cutoff
Orders received before the posted daily cutoff may be eligible for same-day processing, but same-day shipment is not guaranteed unless confirmed by AVBOX US.
Verify the Order Before Checkout
Customers are responsible for confirming the complete part number, quantity, condition, unit of sale, shipping address, and documentation requirements before submitting an order.
- Confirm prefixes, dash numbers, suffixes, revisions, and alternate numbers.
- Review whether the unit of sale is each, foot, pound, or another stated unit.
- Check product condition, photographs, included items, and documentation notes.
- Contact AVBOX US before ordering when any detail is critical.
Shipping Options
Available methods may depend on the destination, package size, weight, product restrictions, carrier availability, and customer account information.

Using Your Shipping Account
Customers may request shipment using their own carrier account when that option is available.
- Provide the carrier name and account number.
- Provide the account billing ZIP code when required.
- Select or state the requested shipping service.
- Confirm that the account is active and authorized for the shipment.
Incorrect or declined account information may delay the order.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Address changes after processing begins may not be possible.
- Include company, recipient, suite, unit, or department details.
- Verify postal codes and international address formatting.
- Confirm whether the destination can accept carrier deliveries.
- Notify AVBOX US immediately if an address correction is needed.
From Order to Delivery
The normal order flow is shown below. Special orders or unusual shipping requirements may need additional review.
Order Submitted
The customer submits the order with product, payment, billing, and shipping information.
Order Reviewed
AVBOX US reviews inventory, payment, address, shipping method, and special instructions.
Order Packed
The order is prepared for shipment using packaging appropriate for the item and carrier service.
Tracking Sent
Tracking information is provided when available after the carrier accepts or scans the shipment.
Tracking and Delivery Estimates
Carrier tracking and estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience. They are controlled by the carrier and may change because of weather, service interruptions, inspections, customs, address issues, or other delays outside AVBOX US control.
Risk After Delivery
Customers should inspect packages promptly after delivery and secure shipments left at the delivery location. Missing, damaged, or incorrect shipments should be reported to AVBOX US as soon as possible.
International Orders
International buyers are responsible for confirming that products may be legally imported, possessed, and used in the destination country. Orders may be subject to export controls, carrier limitations, customs review, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, import permits, or other government requirements.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import charges, storage fees, and destination-country expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments
Keep the product, all packaging, labels, shipping carton, and packing materials if an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Contact AVBOX US promptly with the order number, part number, description of the issue, and clear photographs.
Do not discard packaging or return an item without instructions. Carrier claims may require the original packaging and supporting photographs.
Changes and Cancellations
Contact AVBOX US immediately if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but changes are not guaranteed after payment review, picking, packing, sourcing, transfer, or shipment has begun.
Special-order, sourced, custom, modified, programmed, calibrated, cut-to-length, or otherwise customer-specific products may not be cancelled once processing begins.
